Intuitive Voice Technology Introduces New Operator Console 'iView'


Intuitive Voice Technology (IVT), a leading developer of IP telecom products, has unveiled a new operator console called iView. iView is a Java-based client/server application for managing phone calls via IVT's Evolution PBX. IVT has designed iView combining Evolution PBX (News - Alert) and communicates over multiple platforms e.g., Linux, Mac, Windows.

 
With iView, any operator can monitor the status of personnel from any location via an Internet connection. Users will be able to see incoming calls and calls on-hold as well as the availability of all organizational personnel through its user interface.
 
"With Evolution PBX and iView, deploying modern call management is easier and more cost-efficient than ever before. The days of calling your telecommunications supplier to enable another extension on your PBX are gone,” said Chris Jones, CEO of Intuitive Voice Technology. “With Evolution you simply plug your phone into a standard network jack and let the system do the rest. The entire configuration is done through an easy to use web interface."
 
Evolution PBX and iView pack includes commonly available in high-end systems. All these features will help small business with or without an IT staff take advantage of the recent upsurge of telephony enhancements. IVT has in fact teamed with key VoIP Providers and integrated their service offerings directly into Evolution PBX.
 
IVT is now aiming at package the best of breeds of technology and practices in an easy to use intuitive interface helping small businesses to get the best out of their phone system investment. With Evolution PBX and iView operator console, small businesses, entrepreneurs, and sales professionals can have a communications system that function similar to the PBX systems.
