Study Finds Parents Who Web Commute Can Better Balance Work and Family with Citrix Online

According to a new study from the polling company/WomenTrend, "Web Commuting & The American Workforce," parents find the most benefit in the ability to work remotely and used Web-based services.
With the constant struggle to balance work and family, today's answer has been an increasingly, mobile and on the go worker who leverages the Web working even while away from the office.
Busy parents, especially in need of this balance, are, according to the study, finding relief in Web-based services from Citrix Online (News - Alert), Citrix GoToMyPC and Citrix GoToMeeting which allow them to complete tasks while being away from the office and still remain efficient and productive.
Citrix Online makes it possible for anyone with a PC and Internet connection to make use of the Web-based services in seconds, without any training.
GoToMeeting offers a fast, secure and cost-effective way for users to meet, conduct training, demonstrate products and collaborate online and GoToMyPC makes it possible to remotely use any resources hosted on their desktop, as if they were sitting in front of their work PC.
Parents with kids at home found Web-based services especially beneficial for their ability to offer more family time.
Kellyanne Conway, president and CEO at the polling company, inc./WomanTrend said, "When asked to choose from a list of six items what would be the best thing about working remotely, 41% of non-remote workers said spending more time with family."
