CRM for Real Estate's SharperAgent Launches Zuma Print
By David Sims TMCnet Contributing Editor
SharperAgent officials have announced the launch of Zuma Print, an enhancement to its real estate eCRM and marketing suite. The product gives SharperAgent users access to a library of marketing campaigns offering real estate agents direct mail marketing.
The digital printing and mailing services offered by Zuma Print are designed to allow real estate users to send printed communications to their clients and prospects. It uses North American print provider RR Donnelley (News - Alert).
The portal for Zuma Print is integrated directly into the SharperAgent system, so "returning customers can order their pieces with as little as three clicks," SharperAgent officials say.
RR Donnelley currently provides print fulfillment services for over 90 percent of "the nation's Fortune 500 companies," SharperAgent officials said, not specifying which nation. They add that orders placed through Zuma will be turned around within 24 to 48 hours. Users may track the status of their orders from within their SharperAgent account.
"As a global leader in print fulfillment services, RR Donnelley can provide the scale and technology to take our direct mail options to the next level. Zuma Print gives our users a flexible, easy to use service, enhancing their ability to send the right pieces, to the right clients, through the right medium."
SharperAgent is headquartered in Denver.
Last month SharperAgent's e-mail engine was certified as "a reputable sender" by Habeas, an Internet white list. Habeas will monitor and manage SharperAgent's reputation to improve deliverability to the in-boxes of customers and partners.
According to the SharperAgents, inclusion on the Habeas Safelist means better e-mail access to the over five million e-mail receiving systems of partner ISPs and enterprises, as well as faster deliverability and a reduced likelihood that their messages will be treated as spam.
"Using e-mail as a means of communication is one of the most cost-effective ways that real estate professionals can connect with their clients," explains SharperAgent President and Co-founder, Brian Wildermuth.
SharperAgent, headquartered in Denver, coaches those in the real estate and mortgage industries and business owners on how to market their services.
In December SharperAgent announced the launch of Solid Contact, a "customized customer relationship management system and integrated marketing suite" engineered for one of Georgia's largest independent real estate brokerages, Solid Source Realty.
Available to over 2,000 agents, the Solid Contact system offers what the SharperAgents describe as "a comprehensive communication vehicle, empowering agents to stay connected with their client base with appropriate and effective materials and delivery methods."
