VoltDelta Supplying Platform for AT&T 1-800-YellowPages Free Directory Assistance in Nine Southeastern States


VoltDelta (News - Alert) Resources has announced that AT&T has begun using VoltDelta's integrated advertising platform offering for its 1-800-YellowPages service in the States of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.


VoltDelta specializes in providing carrier-grade on-premise and hosted platform and database services to the world-wide telecommunications and call center markets. The company integrates solutions that support all aspects of customer service call centers, including multiple customer service access methods, simple to complex phone call automation, multiple network switching, advanced call routing, collection and preservation of call context throughout a call, service customization from the wholesale to the individual caller, promotion, agent workstation software, database services, information content aggregation, collection of detailed statistics, and multiple delivery methods.

If the caller to AT&T (News - Alert) 1-800-YellowPages is willing to listen to targeted, relevant audio advertisements during the call, they will receive free directory assistance listings in exchange, according to the company.

Also, if you know the type of the business listing (e.g., pizza, nightclub, or auto repair), but do not have a specific name in the mind, you can look for telephone numbers by business category. There is also a facility to search telephone numbers by specific names.

VoltDelta has come up with the integration of many technologies to enable a seamless interaction with the callers. The technologies that are integrated by VoltDelta for AT&T 1-800-YellowPages include advanced speech technologies, facilitating operator searches for white pages and business category listings, delivering advertisements within the call flow, providing telco-quality business category content, and managing call context to ensure consistent, reliable service, across both automated and operator interactions with callers.
